Mentor program
Registration information
Come to the front office of Meadow Wood's transition campus (11339 Britoak) to register your NEW students. Registration requirements are as follows (per SBISD):
- Immunization record certified by a doctor or public health official
- Transcript or report card from the last school attended (if transfer student)
- Birth certificate or other document suitable as proof of a child’s identity
- Proof of residence (lease agreement, mortgage payment book, district tax bill, utility bill with correct name and address, or a notarized statement to verify that the child lives at the residence listed)
New Parent Orientation
Be sure to attend Meadow Wood's New Parent Orientation on Thursday, August 19th at 6:30pm in the Meadow Wood cafeteria (transition campus address is 11339 Britoak). Hosted by Principal Robye Snyder, you'll learn the ins and outs of our school to help you and your children become acclimated faster.
