The School Bell Award is given to one teacher in the district who exemplifies the goals and mission of PTA.  It is the greatest honor that the SBISD Council of PTAs bestows upon an educator each year.  MWE PTA is very proud to report that the 2009 School Bell Award Winner is our very own 3rd grade teacher - Delia Dunavin.
